A graduate of Villanova University, Megan gained extensive
experience in vocal music direction and accompanying for
Philadelphia area collegiate, elementary and community musical theater
productions, choral ensembles, liturgical groups and performing arts
studios. Megan also completed a music degree program in Vocal
Performance, Magna Cum Laude, from Queens University of Charlotte. Her strengths lie in
the areas of audition preparation, musical theater and classical genres.
Megan currently maintains a private teaching studio of approximately 40 voice and piano students and is a member of the
National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and the
Music Teachers National Association (MTNA).
Additional
music training includes vocal work with Frank Mastrocola (Broadway
performer and & Executive/Artistic Director of Dance Extensions in NJ)
and piano/orchestration work with Donna Lucia (professional pianist)
and Peter Hilliard (Philadelphia ASCAP composer and musical theater
director).
